Cherry cake

First of all, open the cherries and remove the seeds from them, put them in a bowl and put a few tablespoons of sugar on them. Take the 8 eggs and put the egg whites in the bowl in which you want to beat them again in a bowl. Beat the egg whites as well as possible. After you have beaten it well, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and beat well, then add the 8 yolks and mix well. Put the baking powder in a corner and quench it with lemon or mineral water, which you have at hand, add the sachet of vanilla sugar. Mix well to get the baking powder into the whole composition and start adding flour.

After you have added the flour, add the oil and mix well. Put a teaspoon of cocoa in a corner and mix in half of the composition (see picture). Grease the pan very well with oil or grease and cover with flour all over its surface. Put the cherries in a strainer to drain the juice from them. Put the composition in the tray and put it in the hot oven, after it has risen and formed a very thin crust, remove the tray and quickly put the cherries over ....

.DON'T LOOK BECAUSE THE TABLE IS LEFT ..... and put it back in the oven, leave it in the oven on high heat for another 2-3 minutes and then turn the heat slowly to bake as well as possible. After removing it from the oven, let it cool and then cut it.
